1. Overview
Tracira helps teams monitor AI-driven automations. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
2. Data We Collect
Depending on how you use Tracira, we may collect:
- Account data, such as email address, workspace membership, and profile details.
- Workspace configuration data, such as webhook URLs, Slack connection metadata, notification settings, billing records, and encrypted API keys you choose to store.
- Automation monitoring data, including project names, task names, prompts, outputs, attachments, metadata you submit, evaluation results, and review decisions.
- Operational diagnostics data, including application errors, performance data, and abuse-prevention logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.
3. Cookies, Analytics, and Session Recording
Tracira uses essential cookies for authentication, session continuity, workspace selection, and security. These cookies are required for the app to function.
We use PostHog to collect first-party product analytics events, such as page views, referral source, and feature usage. To make this analytics meaningful, we store a persistent first-party identifier in your browser so that a visitor is recognised as one person across visits rather than appearing as a new person on every page load. This lets us understand how people discover Tracira and move through the site over time, and, if you later create an account, connect your earlier visits to that account. This identifier is used only for our own product analytics: it is not an advertising identifier, we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell this data to third parties. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the product for this processing.
Some features are optional and run only with your consent. Session recording (which captures how visitors interact with pages, with sensitive form inputs masked by default) and Vercel Analytics are loaded only after you accept. You can use the full product without enabling these optional features.
- Essential cookies and first-party product analytics (including the persistent analytics identifier) run under our legitimate interest.
- Session recording and Vercel Analytics are optional and require your consent.
- You can reject the optional features and continue using the product without restriction.
- You can revisit your choice at any time from this page or from the product menu.
4. Connected Services
Tracira can connect to third-party services you configure, such as Slack, payment providers, email providers, storage providers, and webhook endpoints.
- Slack connections use OAuth or bot credentials to send review notifications.
- Webhook-based integrations with tools such as Make or n8n are configured by URL and token.
- Bring-your-own AI provider keys are stored encrypted and used only to run the features you enable.
5. How We Use Data
We use collected data to:
- Authenticate users and manage workspaces.
- Evaluate AI outputs against your rules and generate verdicts.
- Send notifications and support human-in-the-loop decisions.
- Maintain configured integrations and deliver billing, account, and security notices.
- Improve product performance, security, and reliability.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us operate Tracira, such as cloud infrastructure, authentication, analytics, storage, messaging, and billing providers. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual controls.
7. Retention
Execution monitoring logs are retained for up to 7 days on the Free plan, up to 30 days on the Starter plan, and up to90 days on the Pro plan. We may retain certain records longer when needed for security, fraud prevention, contractual obligations, or legal compliance.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices
- You can disconnect integrations such as Slack and rotate webhook tokens or API keys from settings.
- You can reject non-essential cookies and analytics.
- You can request account deletion and workspace data removal where applicable.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Tracira evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
