- You must ensure your use complies with applicable laws, contracts, and internal policies.
4. Integrations and Connected Services
Tracira can connect to third-party services such as Slack, webhook endpoints, storage providers, email providers, and payment processors. By connecting a service, you authorize Tracira to use the credentials, metadata, and configuration required to provide the features you enable.

Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused usage, downgrades, suspensions, or service interruptions.
7. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of Tracira at any time. We aim for high reliability, but the service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not provide an uptime SLA, guaranteed availability, guaranteed response times, or credits for downtime unless we agree otherwise in a separate written contract.
8. Disclaimer
Tracira is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Evaluation outputs and model-based results are probabilistic and should be reviewed before high-impact use.
