How do I use a Make template?

Click Open in Make. The scenario opens in your own Make account with every module already wired. Attach your Gmail and Tracira connections, then turn it on. Nothing to build from scratch.

Do I need an OpenAI key?

Not for the approval template: its drafting step uses Make's built-in AI, so Make bills the AI usage and there is no separate key to create. The template that learns from your edits uses OpenAI, so it needs an OpenAI connection. Either one works with Claude or any other model module if you prefer.

Why are there two scenarios and not one?

A Make scenario has exactly one trigger. Drafting starts from a new email and sending starts from your decision, which arrives later, so they cannot live in the same scenario. Turn both on and they work as one automation.

What does Tracira actually do here?

Tracira is the approval layer. The Make scenario does the work (drafting and sending); Tracira holds each draft, lets a human approve, reject, or edit it, and only then lets the scenario continue. It judges the work, it never sends on its own.

How much does it cost?

The templates are free. Tracira's free plan includes 500 monitored outputs per month with no credit card. Paid plans start at $29/month when your volume grows.
